Balcony with seaside view In the price included are the visitor’s tax, VAT, accommodation cost, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels for the bathroom, electricity, water and parking. For stays less than 4 nights the rental price is increased by 30%. Final cleaning of the apartment is additionally charged 20 EUR Check-in from 13:00 – 18:00 hours, check-out until 9:30 hours. On arrival date, guests must have valid travel documents for check-in purposes. The documents will be returned on the day of check-in and after the payment of the remaining amount of the invoice for the reserved dates. Animals are not allowed.
